What do I do if I forgot my password or username?
You can retrieve your username and password by clicking here. Forgot Password form.
How can I change my password?
1. Log into the site using your username and password.
2. Click on "My Profile" link
3. Click on "Edit Profile" link in the "My Profile" section.
4. Enter your new password in the appropriate boxes.
5. Re-enter your new password to confirm it.
6. Scroll down to the end of the page and click on the "Save" button.

How do I change my email address?
To change your email address:
1. Log into the site using your username and password.
2. Click on the "My Profile" link.
3. Clock on the "Edit Profile" link in the "My Profile" section.
4. Type your new email address in the appropriate box.
5. Scroll down to the end of the page and click on the "Save" button.

What if it says my password is incorrect?
There could be several reasons why your password and username are not matching up. Try using your browser's "back" button to return to the log in screen. Clear all fields and enter your information again. If this does not work, we suggest that you use the Forgot Password link. The automated system will reset your password and send you a new one. Once you logged into your account using the automated password, you can choose an easy to remember new password in the "My Profile" "Edit Profile" links.
Other causes could include:
1. You've updated your account and have a new password. Please check your email inbox for any notice in this matter.
2. Please clear your browser's chache, and make sure your are not using a bookmark or hotlink link.
3. Your account may have been deleted during our review process. Please check your email inbox for notices regarding this matter.

How do I permanently remove/delete my account/profile?
Note: You may suspend your profile by clicking on "My Account" link. Click on the "Suspend" link to the right of the page. Confirm that your want to suspend your account. Your account will be invisible to other members and there for you when you are ready to resume your dating adventures.
To permanently delete your profile:
1. Log into the site with your username and password.
2. Click on "My Account" link.
3. Click on "Unregister" link.
4. Click on "Delete Account" button.
Or you can request to delete your account/profile from us by:
1. Click on the Contact Us link.
2. Include your profile UserName. We cannot delete your account without your username.
3. Confirm to us that you would like your profile to be permanently deleted.
4. Please allow at least 24 hours for this process to complete.
CAUTION: Once you have made your selection and/or request to delete your profile, your account and profile including your photos will be permanently deleted. There is no way to recover or restore your account from the database. Please consider suspending your account before making such a selection/request.

Can I change my username?
We are sorry, but you cannot change your username. However, you may choose to re-register with a different username. Sign-up takes only a few minutes!
You can have multiple accounts if you like so feel free to create more than one profile account. Registration takes just a few minutes and you have the chance of getting even more contact from other members! :-)

Upload photos: Upload more than one picture of yourself. People like to see photographs. "Don't You?" Profiles with photos get up to ten times more clicks as profiles without pictures. You can upload photos from a digital camera or a scanner. Or you can capture still frames from your videos. Windows Movie Maker for example allows the user to capture still pictures from your videos. Save the picture file on your PC, example: "My Pictures" and then upload the photos to your profile.
Profile titles: Catchy titles get attention. Members are looking for inviting, provocative titles that arouses interest. As a general rule, detailed profiles get peoples attention. Like: your personality, physical description, your location and just about everything connect with your profile.
Think before you write: Express your personality: your likes and dislikes, things you enjoy doing, your sexual preferences. The more detailed your profile, the more chances you have to be contacted by other members. If you cannot think of what to day during your registration process, you can always add more later in your "My Profile" section of your account.

How do I record video from my webcam?
Login to your account-profile. On the upper right tag menu select "My Profile" Select "My Profile Video" the video recorder will pop up. Click "allow" audio-video recording. Make sure you webcam is configured properly. Navigate through the Video Recorder's menu buttons for video clip commands. You are done!
